Billy Fairchild
Hello, my name is Billy Fairchild.
I started in title in 2017 serving the San Fernando Valley. As of 2021, my territories include the San Fernando Valley and the Antelope Valley.
My background is in Real Estate Marketing and Advertising. I like to sit down with agents and go over farming through my title tools and services. I want to help agents locate certain farms like the possible next sellers and possible next buyers through these services.
A goal of mine is to provide nothing but the best customer service experience. I want to make sure your clients are taken care of because they are a priority.
Madison Benveniste
Born and raised in Santa Clarita, I have had the pleasure of watching our valley grow! Additionally, I come from generations of family in real estate and title, which was where my love of this business originated. With a master’s degree in education, I possess a passion for training real estate professionals on how to implement our innovative title tools for a thriving business. I am committed to providing my clients with quality customer service, integrity, and continuous improvement. My motivation stems from my goal of supporting my family; my husband, LA city firefighter engineer, my 6-year-old daughter Brooklyn, and my 8-month-old son, Ford. I am humbled by our clients’ continued support and am excited to continue growing our businesses together!
Austin Bleecker
Austin is born and raised here in the Santa Clarita valley. He attended High School at West Ranch High School and graduated in 2014. Austin has a bachelor’s in Business and Leadership from Boise State University. Austin has been in the business for two years but comes from a real estate background. His dad has been in title for almost 40 years and his mom was a realtor.
Austin loves to help clients succeed in business and is always researching for the next big thing in real estate. His goal is to make sure his real estate agents are given the best opportunity to compete in the market by showing them compliant services that will give them an edge.
